Rights and obligations of users

Users are responsible for the legal action they carry out, as well as their interpretation and the way in which they make use of the results. It is their responsibility to ensure their usage complies with current regulations and recommendations of the National Commission of Computing and Liberties(CNIL) when the data is of a personal nature.

In particular, they must know that information must only be used for professional purposes, that screen captures for rebuilding or enriching a personal database is illegal under French law and therefore not permitted, as well as use for commercial or advertising purposes.

The addition of hyperlinks by third parties to pages or documents on www.niceavocat.com, can constitute a copyright infringement and an act subject to defamation. Autorisation from www.niceavocats.com must therefore be obtained. This can be given directly from the server administrator or from the specific service concerned.

Autorisation will be given if the links are not against the interest of www.niceavocats.com, and if they guarantee the possibility for the user to identify the origin of the document particularly in the case of hypertext links, framing or insertion of links.
